For the first time in over a half -century, the Knowles Family is offering a portion of their vast collection of dining-centric décor and furnishings to the public. To make way for exciting changes to come, this multi-generational family of restaurateurs is renovating and shifting the composition of their collection and properties. The Manor is a Northern New Jersey landmark renowned for a decades long fine dining pedigree. Selections from the pre-renovation Carolina Room and Buffet Dining Room are among the items being offered. The historic Rams Head Inn has been a special occasion destination in South Jersey for over 40 years. Decorative selections from its diverse mix of rooms will be available for procurement. The Knowles family will also deaccession a portion of the personal collection of the family’s matriarch, the late Doris Knowles. The objects were curated over years of world travel.
